Right now it looks like 1PM EST on Sunday. We're still working on a couple of bugs we would like to have fixed before launch so they won't go up early in the morning.

This was posted by Mark Jacobs on VN today. They added a couple more servers to the launch now and delayed the time by a few hours

SE here pale can't play before 16th

I wonder if closed beta players start on the 14th too. I hope so because i been accepted to closed beta 1 month before guild beta lol!
